White flag

I've never felt more like giving up than i do now. I know i'm so close but with a string of unfortunate events that's been going on, i'm ready to throw in the towel in their face. Is a piece of stupid paper that coveted by everyone that they're ready to sell their soul? Everyday i keep wondering what am i doing there?

It's tiring running after something that you don't even want. I'm amazed i've lasted for so long and now i believe i've reached a point where i start to wonder if there's any meaning to it.

My half-mast white flag.

Blardy hell

I feel like strangling virgin blue right now. The celaka thing is that i bought my ticket from Sydney to Perth at AUD200+ cause that was the cheapest at that time. Previously i checked, they had tickets priced at AUD160 but by the time i bought it, it was already too late and so i had to settle for the 200+.

My friend just sent an email informing me that they had another promotion. I checked and found out that it was even cheaper than the 160. Celaka or not!

Your community

The world has indeed gotten smaller and the credit goes to the world wide web. With it, possibilities are endless and with the creation of so many social community networks there, you can make friends with anyone from anywhere in the world. The good thing about them is that they allow you to make new friends as well as connect you to old ones that maybe you haven't seen in years if they have an account there. Besides making friends, sites such as the 3gb community has many other features that allow you to interact and share with other users. You can share photo albums with others by uploading them there. It's an interesting way to share part of your life with others. There's also groups created by users that you can join. Or even if you'd like to create a group, you can always do so. Another interesting feature is that you too can create your own blog there. That way, other people can always keep up to date with what's going on in your life and mind. Chatting with others are also a good way to get to know them. Why not join 3gb community www.3gb.biz.

Second chances

Everyone deserves a second chance. Else, they'd be living with regrets and those regrets that come from bad credit shouldn't be there. There are many who has records of bad credit especially when it comes to bad credit loans and bad credit credit cards. However, that is not the end of the world because fortunately there are services that offers a second chance to these people. They can then choose the right offer and make sure that they start the payments on time. With that they can slowly build their way back and hopefully to a zero bad credit and reach for their own financial dream.

Lady and the monk

I love travel books. Unfortunately, it's all wrapped up in shiny plastic with printed bars with 2 digits with 2 decimal places that's usually above 50. Everytime i picked one to my liking, i gotta think twice before purchasing. Anyway, i decided to finally get my hands on this book.

It's a good read and a bonus for me since i'm so obsessed with anything Japanese. Thank God for tax exemption.

Something i didn't ask for

I seem to have stopped quite a lot of things at the moment. Was just browsing through my photos and i realized that i've stopped shooting for months. A year ago, i was just carrying my camera everywhere with me. Looks like i lost yet another passion.

On top of that i've stopped doing proper postings. I know there's a lot of paid post done here but hopefully it's just temporary till my aussie trip. :P Considering that i'm not asking my parents for finances, my pocket seems to be quite tight. Furthermore, i'll need to fly to bangkok in the second half of the year.

This whole semester seems to have place a lot of burden on me since it's the last one. That's to be expected i suppose. Been spending wayyy to much time in the lab as of late trying to make my creation come to life. Still not working as it should but hopefully i'll find a way.

Time sure flies when you're rushing. 2 weeks left till my first paper. Just hope to make it out of uni alive with passing results. Until then, i'll keep dreaming of this:

Took it in Sabah last year under a banner of blue skies. Always loved the beaches there.

Construction

We're so accustomed to seeing concrete walls all the time. For most of us here, we're living in a concrete jungle. Cities nowadays are crowded with skyscrappers and other tall buildings. There are many different types of building out there with so much variation when it comes to the exterior and interior.

To make a building strong, we need good materials. The materials and products that you choose, for example, Precast Concrete and Precast Concrete Septic Tanks, are important to ensure that those would last long, are safe and are able to endure unpredictable weather and conditions. Safety should always be prioritized above all else.

Products from Jensen like the Redi-Rock wall system are an example of good quality. That system uses blocks and it is able to build walls up to 75% higher than the normal retaining wall. One of the advantages it seems is that it has a rock-like appearance which i guess would go easy on the eye.

POS

It is every business company's goal to earn more profit and lower the cost. However in today's competitive business, it has gotten a lot more tougher with everyone trying to lower the cost price to gain more profit while attracting more customer.

For those in the business, it's important to keep track of your point of sale to monitor how your business is doing. To do so, you might need to think about getting yourself a point of sale system. Those would be of great aid. Your stocks with bar codes makes it easier to keep track of your inventory. Generally, it can be considered a worthwhile investment.

Refurbished point of sale is important in that if a store closes down, those POS equipment might need to be retrieved and that the refurbished pos and ibm surepos pos can be stored for a later deployment when needed. Therefore, this also creates value since they might be better off sold than retained. So either way, it still works for one's convenient.

Scrubs

The last place i would expect to see anything fashionable would be in a hospital. I honestly did not see that coming. For me, i always thought that everyone wore the same thing there and i can't differentiate much. But with shows focusing on healthcare departments like E.R., scrubs and probably the latest hit, grey's anatomy, i guess it shouldn't come as a surprise.

Well, did you know that there's actually a new line by Katherine Heigl at Scrubs & Beyond? It's only available at Scrubs & Beyond and is a new brand for preofessionals. I've actually checked them out and boy did i learn something new today - that you can be cool and hip in the hospital too! They've got all kinds of scrubs that i have not seen before. Talk about variety. Well, to name a few, they have dickies scrubs, cherokee medical scrubs, as well as Barco metro scrubs and much more. I certainly do love the colours though. Medical students take note!

Now if only those in the medical field would wear them here. It might just brighten up the mood in the hospital and do the patients some good.
