Just heard the final mix for one song from the upcoming EP.
I cringed.
Other than that, we're launching this saturday 7pm at Central Market Annexe.

Malaysia Boleh!
Breaking news regarding Qantas's plane which had a mid-ar drama. Read it here.
Several quotes from it:
"This could be the result of Qantas having stand-in engineers, or from outsourcing to Malaysia," a senior Qantas pilot told News Ltd.
"Qantas outsourcing maintenance to Malaysia is certainly worrying a lot of us pilots. There has been aircraft come back with dodgy staples to secure wiring."
Malaysia Boleh (which means Malaysia Can!)
:D

So what?
The only reason someone would blow their horns is the fact that they feel insecure about not having it. So here, we have Malaysia or rather the star newspaper reporting about how Barack Obama has links to Malaysia. I don't know how it got about but who knows? Maybe they've been busy searching out the family trees of celebrities.
However it may be, it appears quite pathetic if you ask me that we would just link ourselves to all these celebrities. Mind you that this isn't the first time. As if we'd be getting something in return.
So with that, i say 'SO WHAT MALAYSIA?'

The cure from colloidal silver
Being humans, we can't escape from the fact that our bodies are frail and is susceptible to ailments and diseases. Even more so now that we're being exposed more and more to hazardous environments be it at work or even residential areas. What can be done then on our end?
If you're looking for cures, you can always opt for colloidal silver. It has been known to cure hundreds of ailments and diseases. It is actually an all natural mineral supplement which comes in the form of nanoparticle colloidal silver. It contains only pure water and pure silver with high purity 0.9999. There is no adverse effect that has been reported from the use of it. To ensure maximum effectiveness, it has the highest particle surface area. For those taking medications, fret not because it does not interact or interfere with any medications. For those who didn't know, it is actually manufactured in a FDA registered facility.
With that, its worth trying it for health's sake.

Share the gift of life
While the thought of suffering an illness is far from a person's mind, the reality of it exist to remind us that humans are frail creatures. Thus, we should always take precautions when it comes to health related issues. Especially so for women who are in the prime of their life. However, with the technology that we have now, has made it possible to treat various life-threatening diseases such as osteoporosis, heart disease, stroke, Alzheimer's and even Parkinson's disease and the best thing is that she, her parents, siblings or even children might be able to share the treatment. This is the result of vital stem cells which can be harvested from her menstrual blood and is all thanks to C'elle who provides the service in giving women the option of a safe and easy method to collect and preserve those stem cells. The menstrual cells goes through cryo-preservation for potential cellular therapies that might be used in the future. This gives way for a possible future in anti-aging therapies as well. C'elle Client Testimonial is proof that it helps. You can pay C'elle website a visit today!

Want a HD Radio?
There's probably tonnes of radios out there so how do you decide which ones go home with you? I guess in this age and day, it's only fitting to actually own a HD radio like the Jensen JiMS 525i.
Apart from the sleek black enclosure, its playback includes mp3s so that's something to look forward to. And not forgetting an alarm clock to wake you up in the morning. But what really makes this HD radio so different from others is how it has an ipod dock. Now with that, it allows for iTunes Tagging. So whenever you hear a song playing over the radio that you have no idea who the artist is, you can tag it and find out. This comes pretty handy for a HD radio considering also how you can start listening to new music stations. Digitized version of FM and AM is the future. The way i see it, there's plenty of benefits to listeners around so guess its time to make that switch!

Long time coming
My newest addiction seems to be shopping online. It's super convenient and i don't even have to spend on transportation to go searching for stuff. Ever since my first item, i've been browsing a lot through forums, online shops and anywhere that sells what i'm looking for. Mostly figures and model kits though. Gotta look for the best deals around.
Anyway, had a listen to the EP recording and i must say that i'm pretty disappointed with how things are coming along. I shall refrain from any more bashing cause no good's gonna come from it anyway so i'll just leave it as it is. As long as the leader is happy with it, then so be it.

Taste of perth
After some much needed rest from the tiring flights the day before, i woke up to a marvelous fine day. Call me jakun but i never seen skies so blue before. The skies in Malaysia were always a bit hazy. Never mind that cause the weather there was perfect and the temperature was just nice as it was coming to winter. This was the view from my cousin's place. No skyline from here though but it was later on that i found out there's a park nearby with a great view.

I just love their transportation around here since the Central Area Transit or CAT for short is free of charge. And it's pretty much on time. Being asian and how we barely speak to strangers, i nearly choke while thanking the driver. That aside, most of the drivers are nice while some drives like a madman though they could never topple our very own malaysian bus drivers who can even drive the bus through the pesdestrian walks.
I actually took the bus on the other side of this stop which i was not suppose to take cause then i'll end up in claisebrooke. So naturally i ended up there. Not wanting to make a fuss out of it, i ventured around and found this:
I don't know if i were lucky or what cause they were having a 'save the fairy' thing going on. It's some environmental thingy with events going on and stalls selling organic food. Oh and it's 5 dollars for entry but it was worth seeing all the cute organizer fairies. :D
Here's some info about city farm perth which is at the side of the building along with opening hours.
You can feed the rabbits which was an attraction for the kids.
Organic food anyone?
Kids getting their face painted by cute fairies. I'll save them anytime man. Lol
After that short detour, i was off to perth station to meet up with my cousin and to fremantle. I took the bus again and what i didn't realize was that the yellow CAT basically stops at both side of the road. So instead of getting off at forrest place, i sat all the way to perth station. I got smarter the next trip.
So it was off to fremantle by train.
It's pretty easy to go around in Australia cause there's map almost everywhere and you can just grab copies of the buses route and timetables. Public transportation there is very convenient.
Took the fremantle CAT to the central area. There's loads of things being sold but being a touristy place, expect loads of souvenirs. Was just walking around and looking for the market.
In front of the market was a busker doing his performance. You can choose to pay at the end of the show if you think it's worth it. That's how it works. I doubt anyone can make a living like that here.
The market.
There's stuff from CDs, DVDs, souvenirs to all kinds of foods around. Then saw a guy with a bat. I don't know what he was doing with it there though but he was feeding the little critter.
I don't know how many times Robin blogged about fremantle and ciccerello's and little creatures. With promotion like that how could i not go and pay it a visit just to see how good it really is. It's said that they have the best fish and chips around.
This is what it looks like. You know how we're so used to eating fast food with plates and stuff. I sure wasn't expecting it to be served that way. The fish was nice and the fries together with sweet chilli was indeed a great way to enjoy it.
One of the things i like about Australia is that there's always places where you can just sit around and enjoy your meal with a view to kill for (and seagulls too). It's no different here.

After a visit to shipwreck gallery, i was off to little creatures. I think it was only 3pm or so in the afternoon and the place was already packed! I got myself a little creature pale ale and head to the outdoor area at the end of the building to enjoy my drink.

Had to head on back after that just to make sure that we were able to get on a bus before the last service. It was a great first day for me in perth. Just too bad i didn't get to go that many places around.

Take control
It may sound weird but the cure for threatening diseases for women may be found inside their own body in the form of menstrual blood. Diseases such as osteoporosis, stroke, Alzheimer, heart disease as well Parkinson's disease can now be treated. While women these days are busy with careers and goals in life, it is also crucial that they keep a lookout for their health. Well at least now they can take control of it with C'elle's research and technology. Even CNNmoney.com has news about them and so does the C'elle Client Testimonial.
Menstrual blood contain vital stem cells which can be harvested. C'elle's provides a safe as well as easy method to collect and preserve those stem cells from menstrual fluid. Their non-invasive collection process makes sure that women no matter how busy can now control their own future in their privacy of their own home. The cells are processed and then cryo-preserved for potential cellular therapies which could be useful in the future. Even these can be used in cosmeceutical treatments in the near future.

DJs
For all you party goers, it'd come as no surprise that one of the most important person of a happening night is a dj. If the dj don't measure up, then the night's probably not going to end with a bang. Well, for one, i absolutely detest djs for playing the same rotation of songs for weeks or at times, even years(yes, a slight variety doesn't count. There's one bar/club back in my hometown where after 1 year of being away, i basically come home to the same list of songs as last years. Needless to say, i was disappointed.
I guess that's not limited to clubs cause sometimes during events, stuff like that could happen as well. That's why you need djs with a large and i do mean LARGE music database. With that, you could probably cover any events. Experience do count come in handy. You wouldn't want an incapable dj now would you?
So when people ask you to check out san diego dj, you check them out. You need to know that your events are in good hands.

Lien
Dealing with people sometimes can be hard. Especially when you're in a line where you need payments for the products or services that you provide to cover up your expenses immediately. Construction companies usually faces these frustrations when payments for their work are usually stalled. So what can you do about it if the owner of the property pays you late when you're in a fix?
That's why lien. Lien is the right to hold onto someone's property until that person has settled the debt or whatever it is they owe. When it comes to serving preliminary notice, there are laws regarding this and that's why it is important for people to know their rights. Once settled then comes the Release of lien.
In the event of such practise, it is advisable to get an attorney to help you with the process as it would make it much easier and save more money in the long run.

Online casinos are here to stay. Who needs to be in a casino when now you can 'go' right into it in your room. You can access it anytime and anywhere to your convenience. Yes, that's online casinos for you.
Now while some needs you to satisfy few requirements such as state restrictions for those, USA online casinos has no such restrictions. Which means players from USA from all American states are accepted with no restrictions at all.
Some of their features include big bonus casinos as well as free casinos. Its casino guide is also easy to use and comprehensive thus a helpful tool for beginners. Most of the casinos there do offer up huge bonuses and free no deposit bonuses.
Tempting no?

Impotent
With so many fiascos regarding the political scene as of late, i came up with few conclusions of my own.
1. Our homebred politicians are idiots
Having witnessed the political tsunami that swept through during the '08 general election, i was indeed very happy with how the tables have turned. Since then, our ruling coalition has yet to accomplish anything except raising squabbles and stir unnecessary issues in which mostly (unfortunately) has become the butt of jokes around the world. There are some ministers in my opinion that should be ashamed to call themselves minister. Insensitive statements and idiocies are prevalent through the news on a daily basis and sure enough, there are no signs of immediate remedy.
2. The ruling coalition are a bunch of sore losers
More than 100 days have passed since the election and i still don't see any improvement whatsoever. If anything, it's that our ruling coalition hates the other coalition with a vengeance unlike any other. Yes, they have withdrawn entertainment, federal monetary support and projects. I'm telling you that it's the citizen's who's biting the dust. Their form of punishment towards their ver own citizen only proves to show how childish they really are and it's a disgrace seeing how it's more than 50 years since independance.
3. Our government is self-centered as opposed to people centered
While you see them in news saying how they care about the people and bla bla... the average people on the street knows how those are just empty words. The only ones supporting them are those who gain benefits from them while true blue Malaysians suffer in silence. How many times have we witnessed policies which benefits only themselves being announced in droves. Saying and doing are 2 different things my dear government.
Having said that, i do wonder if Sarawak would fare much better out of this country. Here's one who shares the view. His blog has images of many hostilities towards the sons of soils of the country and i love how he questions if sarawak's future lies with malaysia. I believe you know the answer.

Probate
It's always a painful experience dealing with the issue of death. Especially when it's someone close to you. No one's saying it's a pleasant experience and what's harder is how sometimes you need to go through the deceased's materials when going through the probate process. At times like these, maybe you need someone you trust to help you out.
Even so, the probate process needs to be done. It might not be a simple process and so help is recommended. los angeles probate attorney might be able to help you out. First thing you need to do is to collect important papers and ensure that you don't throw anything out that might help you on later. Then you need to certified copies of death certificates, insurance policies, marriage certificates and the likes. Probably the first few months will be the most troublesome period on top of the grief. That's why it's best not to do it alone but get another person to help you through the painful period.

Doggy
I love dogs but i just don't like cleaning them up. I guess most people do anyway so i'm not the only one. But they definately deserves the love and attention. They really are man's best friend you know.
I have dog toys at home that i use to play with my dogs and it's so cute watching them play around with it and biting them. There's even a dog food biscuit that i almost end up eating thanks to the attractive packaging. If i didn't bother reading what's on the cover, i'd have taken my very first taste of dog food.
So i guess it's advisable to keep them all in one place eh? Like maybe a dog toy box or something. There are some around for sale and it's really not that big so space isn't a problem. And they're not that expensive either. It's also lightweight and durable. It's easy to clean up as well since it's a corrugated plastic box. Not to mention it'll be so much easier taking the whole box to the park.

Cars
Ever since i came to this city, i've been wishing for a car. When you realized how unreliable public transportation are here, you too would do the same. I mean why wait for a bus when you can just head out whenever and wherever you want with a car. Pretty convenient eh? Then if you compare taking a cab to you owning your own vehicle, i bet you end up saving more. Ok maybe not since the price of pertrol is super crazy nowadays. I had a shock when i took a cab in Australia. It's like you wished the meter would just die.
Yes, in the end i still want a car. Maybe i should consider some from dodge san diego. I don't really mind getting just a small one for starters cause i know eventually you'll upgrade to a better car anyway. So maybe just for now i'll settle for a second hand car. At least it won't hurt that much if i do end up scratching it. :D

Hedonism
I think i'm a hedonist inside. I live for pleasure and i hate pain in that sense. That probably explains why when something goes wrong, i'd run away on holiday. :D
Cause when you're on holiday, you get to stay up late and sleep in. Then you can drink all the alcohols you want. You're in a way 'allowed' to talk to strangers. And you don't have to bother making the bed! It's a really pampering lifestyle. And where can you get it? Some all inclusive resorts in negril jamaica.
Imagine just soaking up the sun by the beach. Or swimming in crystal clear waters and watching fishes swim by. Nothing beats that. Even if it's just doing nothing, at the end of the day, it feels refreshing cause for once, you don't have to worry about anything at the moment. If you're stressed out at the moment, just do yourself a favour and get adult vacations. :P

SuperClub
I love vacations. In fact, it's probably the only thing i look forward to. The feeling of just getting away from it all and head out somewhere has its own thrills. When you feel like you had it with your boss or whatever your situation, it's time to get yourself what i call adult vacations.
There's plenty of adventure when you're out travelling. You get to meet lots of different people from different parts of the world. Exposing yourself in this way allows you to share part of yourself with them. Heck, even if you're travelling alone, you can always hang out with them and make more friends. Of course, not everyone will be like you so you're bound to bump into some 'unwanted' characters in the course of your travel but it's ok. That's just how life is.
Or if you would prefer something more exclusive, how bout all inclusive resorts? There's at least one almost everywhere in the world so just pick one out. Can even consider one in Negril, Jamaica.

First time
My trip to Australia was my first one out of South East Asia. So far, i've only been to Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia. So having had the chance to get out of these places was indeed heaven sent. It would also be my first time backpacking.

Of course i was more than thrilled when i was finally able to go without having to worry bout flight tickets. The flight was booked months in advance. Had to sort out my schedule cause wouldn't want it to coincide with my final exams at the time so just to play it safe, decided to go during the holiday period. Which means that if i happen to fail any subject for that semester, i can't come back to sit for the supplementary papers to help me pass which would also mean that i would not get to graduate along with the others. That was the risk i had to take and thankfully, i passed it all including my lousy final year project. Got the results while i was in Melbourne at that time.
From the excitation of the trip, it turned into something worrisome. So many things wasn't really planned out right and it was all a do it right here and now thing cause i didn't really know what to expect from it. Backpack cherry popped! lol
Anyway, couldn't sleep the night before and i had to get up at 4am and get to the airport for my flight to Johor. Then it's off to Singapore for the next flight to Perth.

For my flight to Perth, i went with Tiger airways. I liked their uniforms. Wasn't slutty like Airasia by the way. It was very pleasant to look at too. The time i booked, the price was well below a thousand ringgit in total so it was really a good deal. And i'm glad i'm not the one paying for it. :D But i had to take out all my savings for everything else while i was there cause there were no sponsors. Everything else would be on my own. Lucky for me, i had paid posts! That sure came in handy.

It takes about 5 hours to get from Singapore to Perth and i was well-worn out by the time i touched down. 1 whole day of flying was too much for me.

Pottery
I've never really been interested in arts and crafts. The only time i probably did get my hands on shaping some clay was in kindy. Closest thing to art i did was drawing since i took up lessons when i was young.
Art clay is something that seems fun to me. And i'm sure it's not as easy as it seems. Putting the clay on the wheel and spinning it with the foot pedal seems easy but the shaping must have been one heck of a hassle. Yet, as with artists, the satisfaction comes when it is done right.
One of the art clay company, Amaco, offers supplies and equipments for pottery, education as well as crafts. Among some of their products are the different types of low fire glazes and liquid glazes. Depending on which type, the result from the firing produces different effects. Some would have high gloss finish, while some others produces patterns.
They also supply ceramic pottery kilns. The square or rectangular kilns has very good insulation and results in a low surface temperature, making it safe for school use. They also have many varieties of kilns to suit your need.

Rent-A-Center
While economic woes hovers around the yard, we the consumers need to start laying off the spendthrift habit and start practising spending wisely. Which means no more splurging on unnecessary things and say no more to debts.
But what if you can acquire items without incurring debts or even having to jeapardize your family's credit? Let's face it. Everyone desires consumer durable goods but what they don't want is the long term financial obligations that's linked with credit sales. Sounds familiar? This is where the rent-to-own industry comes in.
Rent-to-own differs from the retail credit sale in that it doesn't charge interest and there are no credit checks. Best part is that consumers can return the merchandise at any time. This makes it a easy, safe and a hassle free transaction.
Now if you're thinking of getting a RAC franchise, you can look out for rent-a-center franchise information as well as aaron's franchise information. The anual revenue for the average rent-to-own store amounts to $716,000 and serves 360 customers a year. With that, it's a good enough reason to get one.
