Christmas up your alley

Guess what came in the mail? I don't know whether to be glad over it or just shrug it off.

But anyway, it's my very own Heineken card though i still have no clue what's so special about it. All i know is that there are a few promotions thrown in but it doesn't seem worth it cause it's only applicable on certain days.

So yes i do have a Heineken card and i'm suppose to use it by:

1. Spot the Heineken card signs at selected outlets

2. Tap on the scanner

3. Place order and enjoy.

For those of you wondering why i wouldn't be glad over something like this, well, it's cause i don't drink much. My friends would tell you what a lousy drinker i am. I have low alcohol tolerance and i don't really fancy beer. I do drink on occasions but that's about it. :D But i must say that my alcohol tolerance have improved over the years. Lol!

The card came cause someone called from heineken to verify some details while i was over at the waterfront checking out some event with mike and allen. I guess it would have been better used if it went to other people.

So Heineken anyone? I still got no plans on Christmas yo!

Fund raiser

Hi all,

Just thought i'd do a little ad here. For those of you who've heard of Yvonne Foong and her store selling the shirt, you might wanna get your hands on those since she's having a clearance sale. The usual price for the t-shirt is RM25 but until 31st Dec, it's now only at RM15 while stocks last. All sale proceed goes to her NF fund so it's all for a good cause.

I bought the shirt before and i really loved it but cause it was a gift for someone i had to gave it away. I just placed an order for it so if you haven't, you really should now.

Freeze

I find it very amusing how i hate kl but never really seem to be able to get away from it. I remember how when i first got here, it was a place where it fulfilled my entertainment needs which was lacking in kuching. This prompted me to say that i like kl better which inadvertantly led to me staying back here for a couple of semester breaks.

6 years on, what i do realize is how much i miss home most of the time. Though there really isn't much to do back in kuching, i somewhat feel content even if it's just to stay at home where in the past that would probably be enough to kill me.

I guess i'm pretty much stuck at the moment.

Popping

I'm back in kl. It's still a hellhole to me but oh well. Can't really do much about it. And to think that i'll be greeted with a bollywood night no thanks to the indian family in the neighbourhood who's holding a party over there together with complete sound system rented and blasting through the street. Ugh!

Tomorrow's a holiday so i gather the malls are gonna be packed but was at klcc a moment ago and was surprise to see less people than usual. Not really sure of my plan but got some preparation to do for this tuesday.

Jason's in town as well so was thinking of meeting him up sometime this week and maybe check out calvin's new home. He should have a house warming party as an excuse to drink more booze. Have some people on my 'to meet' list too. Lol. It's been ages since i met some of my friends.

Part from that, 3 gigs coming up this month with one organized by fly fm. So that's a highlight.

The music's making me annoyed that i wanna chew my brains out. Or go crash their damn party.

Santa Claus is coming to town!

After a month or so catching up with old friends, enjoying the skies and not forgetting getting caught in a flash flood in my car and the crazy weather of kuching, it's finally coming to an end this week. Not that i'm satisfied but life must go on and so i'll be back in action in kl.

But before that, my remaining time here is pretty much planned out with an anime event organized by a friend of mine and a wedding dinner. Seems i've been hearing and attending a lot of weddings this year. Even a relative said i'm at a age where i should get married.

Anyway, i'm hopeful that this trip back would earn me a good job with everything that i'm looking for. *fingers crossed*

Cheers!
